New TIB WhatsApp service

Users will be able report any faults in the infrastructure or problems with information at stops and stations.

The Regional Ministry of Land, Energy and Mobility, through the Mallorca Transport Consortium, is providing a new communication channel for users of inter-urban public transport, with a view to improving the quality of service.

The phone line 681 377 329 is a new communication channel exclusively through WhatsApp to enable users to report any faults on the TIB network, and to send photos immediately and at no cost.

Bus, train and metro users with the WhatsApp app on their phones will be able to report any damage encountered at stops or stations and any vehicles that are not up to standard. They will also be able to report any problems with information, such as incorrect timetables at bus stops and at train and metro stations.

Incidents can be reported 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This service is not for enquiries or claims and therefore no response is given to the messages.

For information on the bus, train and metro service, users can call 971 17 77 77 and consult the websites www.tib.org and www.trensfm.com.
