Duplicate card
In the event of theft, loss, damage due to carelessness or breakage of the card, the holder must pay €8 for a duplicate to be issued. The duplicate fee is not payable in the case of malfunction that is not the holder's fault.

- At the Information Point in Palma Intermodal Station
- Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 08.00-19.30; Saturdays 09.00-18.00; closed on Sundays and public holidays.

What documentation is needed?
Card renewal
The following intermodal card types have limited validity and must be renewed:
- Large family: is valid for as long as the large family certificate.
- Pensioners: expires every five years, except in the case of the long-term unemployed which expires every 6 months.
Renewal is free of charge.
