Who can have one?
- This is for people who do not come under any youth, large family, and pensioners groups.

How does it work and what advantages does it have?
- It’s a prepaid card that needs a balance added to it, and can be used for any journey in and around Mallorca. It offers up to 60% discount on a single ticket purchased on board. Using a points system, over the course of a month each journey costs less than the previous one. More information available here.

How much is it?
- Intermodal card issue fee:
- Duplicate: €8
- The duplicate fee is not payable in the case of malfunction that is not the holder's fault.

What documentation is needed to get the card?
- Original and photocopy of a document proving the identity of the applicant: DNI (National Identity Document), passport, driving licence or NIE.

If the address on the identity document is not in Mallorca, the municipal registration certificate will need to be shown.
- If the application is not made at the Intermodal Station, a passport-sized colour photo must be provided.
