  • 1 November to 31 May: Monday to Saturday (except public holidays) 09.00-18.00.
  • 1 June to 31 October: Monday to Sunday 09.00 to 19.00.

Requests for certificates/invoices

If you are an individual and need an invoice for a scheduled transport ticket, you need to bring the following documentation to the information point:
  • Completed application form.
  • Copy of a document proving your identity: DNI (National Identity Document), passport, driving licence or residency card.
  • Originals of the tickets charged to the intermodal card.

If you are a company and need an invoice for a scheduled transport ticket, you need to bring the following documentation to the information point:

  • Completed application form.
  • Copy of the tax identification number.
  • Original tickets.

* Invoices cannot be issued to companies for tickets on intermodal cards, or reduced price tickets, as the card is for individual ownership only.

If you need a certificate of ownership of an intermodal card or a certificate of trips made, please bring the following documentation to the information point:
