The Majorcan Transport Consortium launches a testimonial campaign featuring TIB network users

Starting this week, the Mallorca Transport Consortium is launching the "Gent del TIB" (People of the TIB) testimonial campaign on social media, with the message "We all connect with the TIB". The campaign features various users of the TIB network (intercity bus, train, and metro) sharing their experiences using Mallorca's intercity public transport.

More and more people are choosing to travel by bus, train and metro on the TIB network. The high demand for the service means that many users share the public transport network on a daily basis. The aim of this campaign is to share the different ways of connecting with the TIB network through the testimonies of people who travel by public transport throughout Mallorca.

"We all connect with the TIB" summarises the experiences shared by all the users who participated in the campaign. Bernat, a pensioner, one of the testimonials, explains that travelling on the TIB network enables him to travel around the island and enjoy his free time: "Every day I take the train and the TIB buses; without having to drive, I arrive at my destination comfortably and safely".

Joan Munar, a visually impaired Paralympic athlete, is another of the protagonists of "Gent del TIB" and explains: "Travelling on TIB is comfortable and safe for us; the vehicles are fully equipped to make our journeys safe and accessible".

On the other hand, Marga is proud to be a TIB driver and connects with many users across the island every day: "Over time you get to know all the passengers, where they get on, where they get off, where they are from... and you connect with them".

This testimonial campaign consists of a series of videos, in which each user explains how they connect with TIB through their experience. The video testimonials and simple graphic images will be disseminated primarily through social media and on graphic media on Mallorca's public transport network.
