2. For what purpose will we process your data?
The data of our users will be processed for the purpose of:
- Handling your request, managing and maintaining the Intermodal Card.
- Controlling the public transport service and ensuring compliance with our legal obligations.
- Improving the quality of our services.
- Managing the user area and extranet service.
- Administering and managing web security.
- Performing analyses and studies to improve the quality of our services.
- In certain cases, the processing may involve profiling, based on automated decisions, in order to efficiently manage the benefits associated with the Intermodal Card, such as applying discounts, updating the ticket profile when the maximum age is exceeded or validating travel within the valid fare zone.
- The data of registered users may also be processed to manage informative notifications from the Majorcan Transport Consortium (CTM) on the status of and incidents affecting the transport service, management and control of the use of your Intermodal Card, and attention to incidents.
- In the case of users of the complaints channel, the data will be processed in order to receive, manage and process communications within the framework of the complaints channel.
3. How long will we keep your data?
In general, we keep your data for the duration of your relationship with us and, in any case, for the periods provided for in the applicable legal provisions and for the time necessary to meet any liabilities arising from the processing.
- We will delete your data when they are no longer necessary or relevant for the purposes for which they were collected.
- Logs of access to restricted areas of the website will be cancelled one month after their creation.
- The information related to browsing will be cancelled once the web connection has been terminated and the statistics have been carried out.
