The taxi service is provided in vehicles holding up to 7 passengers, including the driver.
They are hired by total vehicle capacity directly by the users, either in person or through any means by which this hiring can be accredited, or via an authorised intermediary.
Taxis, which are the only public transport vehicles for travellers in cars which are authorised to carry clients on public roads, are clearly recognisable because they all come with an outside module which is lit green if the vehicle is available or orange if it is occupied or unavailable. Also, the fare number being applied is visible, either urban (fare 1 or 2) or interurban (fare 3 or 4), day or night / holidays.

Except for the mountain supplement, the authorised fares and supplements are incorporated into the taxi meter located inside the vehicle, which calculates the end price that the user must pay.
The Official Seal with the fares and applicable supplements, along with the baggage transport conditions, is found inside the vehicles in a visible place, usually on one of the rear windows, in 4 languages.
