Service extensions on bus lines in the Inca region, a new connection linking Campanet, Búger and sa Pobla, and a higher-capacity bus in Lluc and Muro

On 1 March, the Government of the Balearic Islands introduced a general improvement to the regular TIB bus services operating in the area around the town of Inca through the Majorcan Transport Consortium (CTM).

Campanet and Búger (TIB line 314) have a more frequent service to Inca, with 15 daily services rather than the previous ten. There is an important new early morning service to enable residents of both towns to catch the train that arrives in Palma at 7.15 am (and arrive at the UIB before 8.00 am). There is also a new connection between both towns (Campanet and Búger) and Sa Pobla (where the referral health centre is located), with six round trips on work days.

Mancor de la Vall and Biniamar (TIB line 311) are better connected to Inca, with an increase from nine to 12 daily services. Weekend services were increased from the three to eight per day on 1 March.

The service between Inca and Lluc (line TIB 312) now has significantly more seating capacity. The number of daily services has been increased from three to four and a 51-seat bus has replaced the 22-seat minibus. Muro is also benefiting from the introduction of the 51-seat bus in the Inca area and more daily return services to Inca with an increase from ten to 14.

The new line 313 has been introduced to improve public transport in the Selva municipal area. Combined with line 312, Caimari and Selva will have 13 daily services to Inca (instead of ten), and Moscari will have nine rather than seven daily connections.
