The appointment service is extended to the Manacor, Inca, Portocristo and Alcúdia offices

Following the good reception of the appointment service at Palma's Intermodal Station, this system has been extended to the information points in Manacor, Inca, Portocristo and Alcúdia, where, as of Monday 17 July, appointments must also be made in advance, both to obtain the Intermodal Card for the first time and to request a duplicate. Before requesting an appointment, it is advisable to consult the requirements for obtaining the card and the documentation required for each of the card profiles.
Remember that you can also request the Intermodal Card online through the common electronic register of the General State Administration.
On the other hand, a new TIB network information point has been opened to the public, next to the Sa Pinada bus stop, in Plaza de Santa Ponça. From Monday to Friday, 9.30 a.m. to 6 p.m., this point offers personalised assistance, providing information on TIB network services and fares in Mallorca.
